At the heart of this service is a dedicated, one-to-one Strategy Consultation with me. I believe that data without context is useless, so before we ever speak, I build a complete, holistic picture of your child. I combine their Bryant Education Pathways Diagnostic  results with your detailed Intake Context—covering their personality, confidence levels, and family goals.

This is not a generic "one-size-fits-all" lecture. It is a collaborative session where we look at your child as a unique individual, solving the specific challenges standing between them and their target school.

The Consultation Agenda: I structure our call to move your child from "Point A" (Current Reality) to "Point B" (School Offer), ensuring the destination actually fits the child.

  1. The Evidence-Led Reality Check: We review the "Bryant Education Pathways Diagnostic Insight Report" together. I stop guessing and look at the facts: Is the highly competitive 11+ Grammar route realistic based on their current trajectory, or do we need to pivot?
  2. The Passion & Potential Match: A school is more than just grades. We discuss your child's wider interests—whether that is Sport, Art, Drama, or Tech—and I identify which schools will actually fuel their passions rather than just pressure them.

Your child sits the Gold Standard assessment powered by Atom Learning. Results are benchmarked against data from over 100,000 pupils at leading UK schools, providing reliable insights into a student’s current academic standing and data on how they compare to other students.

I cross-reference your context with the assessment data to find the "hidden narrative." This internal audit identifies the specific gaps between your child's current performance and the requirements of the selective pathways you are exploring.

We meet via Google Meet for a 45 minute "cards-on-the-table" strategy session. We strip away the marketing noise to review the realism of your options, define the right environment from grammar to the independent sector, and agree on the tactics to move forward.

It is never the wrong time for clarity, but the "Action Plan" changes drastically depending on your timeline.
