Accessibility Policy

1. Our Inclusive Approach At Bryant Education Pathways, we believe that the right school environment allows every child to flourish. We are fully committed to making our digital presence, consultancy services, and Precision Tutoring accessible to all families, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or disabilities, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

2. Website Accessibility We actively take steps and regularly review our website to ensure it is accessible to as many users as possible:

  • We aim for high-contrast text and clear, jargon-free formatting to aid readability.

  • The site is designed to be fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

  • If you experience any difficulty navigating our site or reading our Diagnostic Reports, please let us know, and we will happily provide the information in an alternative format (such as a plain-text document or a verbal audio read-through).

3. Accessibility in Video Consultations and Tutoring Our Strategy Consultations and Precision Tutoring sessions are delivered via Google Meet. To support parents and students with auditory, visual, or neurodivergent needs, we can utilise the following features:

  • Live Closed Captions: Google Meet provides automated live captioning for users with hearing impairments.

  • Screen Sharing Magnification: Tutors can zoom in on Atom Learning data or specific exam papers to assist students with visual impairments.

  • Pacing Adjustments: For students with ADHD, Dyslexia, or processing delays, our 45-minute and 60-minute tutoring formats can be adapted to include micro-breaks.

4. Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support & Scope of Practice Every child is different. During our onboarding process (the "Intake Form" and "Discovery Call"), we actively invite parents to share any relevant SEN diagnoses, Educational Psychologist reports, or school-based adjustments (such as extra time allowances).

  • Data Security: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, SEN data is classified as Special Category Data and is held with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Tailored Pathways: We use this information purely to ensure that our Pathway recommendations (Benchmark, Strategy, or Blueprint) accurately reflect schools that can provide the pastoral and academic support your child legally requires.

  • Scope of Practice: Please note that while we adapt our teaching and consultancy to accommodate SEN, our team consists of academic tutors and educational consultants. We do not diagnose learning difficulties, nor do we replace the specialised support of an Educational Psychologist or Speech and Language Therapist.

5. Requesting Reasonable Adjustments We want to ensure your child gets the absolute most out of their time with us. If you or your child require any specific adjustments to access our services—whether that is a change in the background colour of teaching materials, a requirement for slower-paced speech, or alternative formatting for your Pathway Report—please inform us prior to your consultation or first tutoring block.

  • To allow us to prepare the best possible environment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for specific technical or formatting adjustments.

Contact Us: To discuss accessibility requirements or provide feedback on how we can improve our accessibility, please email us at enquiries@bryanteducationpathways.com.
