The Access Key
You will receive your unique access link and code via email shortly. There is no software to install—simply log in to our secure portal on any laptop or iPad.
The Assessment
Your child completes the assessment from the comfort of home. It takes approx. 45–75 minutes, but they can pause and take a break between each subject module, ensuring they stay fresh and focused throughout.
The Results (48 Hours)
We analyze the data and deliver your full Bryant Education Pathways Diagnostic Insight Report directly to your inbox. You get the raw score, the national rank, and a clear list of priorities to focus on.

This specific pathway is calibrated for children in Reception through to Year 5. If your child is in Year 6 or above, please look at our Secondary Selective Pathway.
We select the most appropriate tool for your child's age.
- Under 7s (Reception – Year 2): We deploy the BEP Foundation Diagnostic (supported by GL Assessment). This is a colorful, audio-led interface that allows us to test critical thinking skills independent of reading fluency.
- Over 7s (Year 3 – Year 5): We deploy the BEP Adaptive Benchmark (supported by Atom Learning). This forensic engine allows us to simulate the 11+ pre-test environment and map your child's "ceiling" of potential.
Not at all. The assessment is done at home in a familiar environment. For younger years, the interface is colorful, engaging, and feels more like a quiz than an exam. You can break it up into small chunks (e.g., 15 minutes at a time) so they never feel overwhelmed.
"SAS" stands for Standardised Age Score, and it is the currency of private school admissions. Unlike a simple percentage, an SAS compares your child’s performance against the national average, strictly adjusted for their exact age. This is the only way to fairly compare a "summer born" child with a "winter born" child.
The report gives you the "what"—the specific gaps in your child's knowledge. To fix them, you have two clear options within the Bryant Ecosystem:
- Upgrade to a Pathway: If the data suggests you need to rethink your future school plans (e.g., 7+ or 8+ entry), you can upgrade to the Strategy or Blueprint editions for a Director-led roadmap.
- BEP Precision Tutoring: We combine industry-leading tutors with the industry-leading online learning platform to help your child fulfill their potential. Our tutors use your diagnostic data to deliver short, engaging 45-minute junior sessions — the optimal duration for Prep School pupils to learn effectively without losing focus.
The Benchmark Edition covers the Forensic Report only. This keeps the cost accessible. If, after reading the report, you feel you need to discuss the results with a Director, you can simply pay the difference to upgrade to the Strategy or Blueprint editions at any time.
