What To Expect
The Calibration (5 Mins)
Complete a streamlined intake form. We use your child's Date of Birth to strictly calculate their Correct UK Year Group and assign the appropriate BEP Diagnostic Module (GL or Bep Adaptive Assessment).
The Access Key
You will receive your unique access link and code via email shortly. There is no software to install—simply log in to our secure portal on any laptop or tablet.
The Assessment
Your child completes the assessment from home (any time zone). It takes approx. 45–75 minutes, but they can pause and take a break between each subject module, ensuring they stay fresh.
The Results (48 Hours)
We analyse the data and deliver your full Bryant Education Pathways Diagnostic Insight Report directly to your inbox. You get the raw score, the UK national rank, and a clear list of priorities to focus on.

Yes. The entire process is 100% digital. We have families taking this assessment from the USA, Middle East, and Asia. You do not need a VPN; just a standard internet connection and a laptop or tablet.
No. The assessment is a measure of potential and core skills, not just memory. However, because the test is adaptive, it will highlight specific areas (e.g., Non-Verbal Reasoning) that your child may never have seen before. The report will identify these as "Curriculum Gaps"—simple fixes that we can help you bridge before school starts.
This is the most common confusion for relocating families! The UK system is strict about dates of birth (Sept 1st – Aug 31st). When you book, you simply input your child's Date of Birth, and our system will automatically calibrate the test to the correct UK Year Group for their age.
We deploy the BEP Diagnostic Suite, which adapts the underlying technology to your child's age:
- Under 7s (Reception – Year 2): We deploy the BEP Foundation Diagnostic (supported by GL Assessment). This is a colorful, audio-led interface that allows us to test critical thinking skills independent of reading fluency.
- Over 7s (Year 3 – Year 5): We deploy the BEP Adaptive Benchmark (supported by Atom Learning). This forensic engine allows us to simulate the UK Prep School environment and map your child's potential.
The report gives you the "what"—the specific gaps between their current curriculum and the UK system. To fix them, you have two clear options within the Bryant Ecosystem:
- Upgrade to a Pathway: If you need help finding a school in Surrey, London, or Kent, upgrade to the Strategy or Blueprint editions. We will use this data to create a shortlist of schools that match your child's profile.
- BEP Precision Tutoring: We combine industry-leading tutors with the industry-leading online learning platform to help your child bridge the gap. Our tutors use your diagnostic data to deliver short, engaging 45-minute junior sessions to ensure your child is ready for their first day in the UK.
The Benchmark Edition covers the Forensic Report only. This keeps the cost accessible. If, after reading the report, you feel you need to discuss the results with a Director, you can simply pay the difference to upgrade to the Strategy or Blueprint editions at any time.
